How to request a DPA
Email privacy@telara.dev with your company legal name, primary contact, and preferred execution method (DocuSign or PDF). We typically return a countersigned DPA for review within a few business days.

Roles
- Customer / controller: your organization decides the purposes of processing personal data in connected systems and Telara workspaces you configure.
- Telara Inc. / processor: we process personal data on your documented instructions to provide the Telara platform, subject to the DPA and your subscription agreement.
Subprocessors
Telara uses infrastructure, security, communications, and model providers that may process customer data to deliver the service. The exact set depends on your deployment and configuration. Request the current subprocessors list from privacy@telara.dev when you request a DPA.
