Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Telara Inc. consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for disputes arising from these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
